i have been so incredibly anxious to meet this family of four and i finally got to spend the morning with them last weekend! wanting to make sure they were on my summer calendar, this amazing family booked me in january and, let me tell you, they were so worth the wait! from the second i met these two little charmers, i knew it was going to be a fun session. dressed in dapper plaid and summer flip flops, they were more than ready to charm my camera with those smiles. but the most important reason for this session was to finally get their stunning mama in some photos too! see, she is a photographer…just like me! and as photographers, we are always behind the camera and never get to be in front of it. isn’t she gorgeous!? i am so happy to finally give her a collection of family photographs that she shines in too!

if this is what pregnancy looks like…sign me up! this gorgeous gal simply rocked her baby bump and made pregnancy look effortless! every single moment of this baby bump session was full of love and laughter. it was one of those moments as a photographer when i simply wanted to be friends with my clients, and this couple is amazing! and they are adding one more to their sweet little family…and baby girl! but it’s not only two adoring parents-to-be that are counting the days until their baby girl’s birthday, but this little puppy is definitely ready to be a big bro. he pretty much rocked this session and had me smiling behind my camera a time or two. not only is he handsome as heck, but he was so patient and well behaved. his model days are just beginning, for sure. between swooning over their charming pup and chatting baby with this stunning couple, my heart was pitter pattering throughout the entire session. and those sweet little shoes that they brought? they are the same shoes that this beautiful mama-to-be and her sister wore when they were little! and now her little girl will wear them too! bless.

i loved meeting this soon to be family of four last weekend! and this sweet little girl is so excited to be a big sister that it melted my heart to spend the morning with her. her mama told me that her daughter simply adores looking through their photo albums from when she was a teeny tiny baby herself. so, when planning her baby bump session, she wanted her daughter to be included in as many photos as possible so that she could look back on these photos with her future baby sister someday. and photographing his little sweet pea was so easy! not only is she a sweetheart, but she also has the prettiest smile. she completely spoiled my camera and i could tell that she loves to have her picture taken! in between takes, she would point to my camera and say, “can i see the pictures!?” and i just had to show her the back of my camera a time or two!

i love everything about this new family of three. not only are they sweet, stunning, and kind..but they are also completely smitten with their teeny tiny baby girl. and just like any brand new parents, they are learning more and more about their sweet girl each and every day. things like how she likes to be held and when she is hungry. and this little one is simply perfect. from her little fingers to her little toes, i love capturing all of her little details with my camera. even her tiny ears are perfect. not only does she have two lovely parents that are so happy she is finally here, but she also has two puppy brothers too! everything about this family just radiates love and adoration. i am so happy for them!

and before this mommy and daddy knew it, their little peanut was one year old! time sure flies when you are having fun, and this family sure has no shortage of fun. between snuggling their little boy, helping him learn to walk on his own, and pulling him around in his sweet little red radio flyer, their smiles just said it all. and this little boy adores his mommy and daddy just as much as they adore him. he looks up at them with so much love in his eyes and the sweet baby smiles he gives them are simply priceless! being around these three simply made me smile.
