Well, it is official. I think this may be one of my favorite newborn sessions ever! Oh goodness, where to begin!? Being a Pentagon City newborn photographer allows me to meet and work with so many wonderful families, but this family is definitely one that I will remember so fondly. Upon being welcomed into their beautiful home, I meet their handsome 12 day old son who made my heart melt into a puddle! Oh my goodness, the sweet little sounds this little guy made paired with his stunning eyes had me feeling all the baby fever. And he is so loved by his mommy and daddy, it is so breathtaking to see! I love working with brand new families, especially during the first weeks after their baby is born. There is something so beautiful about that first few weeks, as everyone is getting to know one another and that bond with their baby is so strong. Among the sleepless nights, there is something so irreplaceable about the first weeks with your newborn that makes being invited into their home such an honor for me. I love being apart of capturing all of those tiny details and memories as a brand new family in images that they will share with their son someday. Just watching this sweet couple with their new little boy made me so excited for his future, which is sure to be full of fun and laughter. And Star Wars. (I can honestly say their swaddle wins for best swaddle print!)
