meeting this sweet family last weekend was truly so much fun.  their little man surprised them by arriving 5 weeks early and couldn’t be more perfect!  while early babies sometimes send mamas into a panic of “am i ready!?”/”is the house ready!?”, this mama was so ready to meet her little boy that the timing worked out perfectly!  and he was so ready to meet his parents too.  this little boy was so calm throughout his entire first photo session.  minus a couple diaper changes and calming cuddles, he just adored being swaddled and held close.  everything about him is completely perfect, from his handsome full head of hair to his tiny wiggly toes.  just watching his parents adore everything about him made me very ready to meet our second baby in january.  newborns are truly the most beautiful thing in life and this little guy’s parents are truly enjoying every moment as they learn more and more about their little boy.  not only is this little boy so loved but he is going to grow up in the most beautiful home, and in a room that was thoughtfully picked out and designed by his mama.  watching two people as new parents is one of my favorite parts of being a washington dc in home baby photographer, as i know the feeling all too well.  and this family has a lot of beautiful memories ahead of them.  i was so happy to document some of their first memories as a family of three.
