having been on maternity leave for three months with my own little one, it was only too appropriate that my very first session back was a maternity session.  being a new momma makes being a northern virginia maternity photographer that much more amazing because i can truly understand and relate to my client’s excitement over their soon-to-be family of three.  and this couple is so very excited to welcome their sweet boy into the world in a couple short months.  i adore everything about this couple.  not only are they incredibly kind and fun, but their love for one another made photographing this special time in their lives so easy.  and their little puppy completely rocked the session.  looking all dapper in his bow tie, he made taking pictures look effortless and even smiled for the camera a time or two.  and just like they always say about expectant mommas, this momma-to-be simply glows, especially when talking about preparing for their sweet little boy.  i couldn’t be happier for these two, they will be amazing parents.  congratulations to this sweet new family, i hope to photograph even more of their special moments as they become a brand new family of three.
